This is a unique town villa in the centre of Sitges. The villa is just 200m away from one of the best beaches of Sitges, called Playa San Sebastian.
This is a unique town villa in the centre of Sitges. There are 10 bedrooms divided over 2 floors with 4 bathrooms, a very large living room and kitchen. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
The villa is in a quiet street but yet so close to all the activities, like shopping, bars, restaurants and night-life. You can walk everywhere in a matter of a few minutes. You can also park your car close to the house in one of the many car parks in town, but really you do not need a car.
7 bedrooms have A/C and also the living room.
We have WiFi in the villa as well.
On the roof terrace we will install a jacuzzi and put many lounge chairs so you can relax there, including a bar and fridge.
You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention centre.
Ski: The ski areas are at a 2 hour drive away. In April it’s possible to go Skiing in the morning and lay at the beach in the afternoon.
Golf: The villa is only 500m away from a very beautiful sea view golf course so you can walk and play every day if you like. We can even get you a discount on the fee. We have a very nice golf course next to the sea. The green fee is approx €75 during the week.
