The villa has AC, a private tennis court, a large private pool and a huge 3,000m² flat garden with a barbecue, picnic tables,chairs and sunbeds.
The area is very quiet but is a stroll away from the beach and boulevard of Sitges.
There is plenty of space to eat inside or outside with a group of 20 people. The garden is so big that kids can be playing and shouting around the pool, but you will not hear them if you sit in another part of the garden.
The villa consists of 8 bedrooms, some of them en suite with a walk-in shower. All with fitted wardrobes and several of them with space for a lazy chair and an extra sofa bed.
The 7 bathrooms have been completely renewed. Just as the fully fitted kitchen which has a marble work surface, an electric cooker, hood & hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer and a breakfast bar. As you cook you’ll be able to keep an eye on the kids thanks to the large window overlooking the garden.
Decorated by mixing new with antique furniture, thus making you feel comfortably at home. Awesome summers and cozy winters by the fireplace as you listen to music are our guarantee.

Next to the villa there is a public park and a football pitch where the children can play in absolute freedom.
On the other hand, adults have the golf course at walking distance and the beach at 200m for everybody to enjoy.
You can find restaurants also at 200m from the house. Or you can choose to have a drink or dinner in the centre and to get there you just have a romantic walk along the boulevard next to sea.
You also have easy access to Barcelona either by train or car. Within 35 min you are in the centre of Barcelona or 25 min to the convention centre.
