The apartment is located in an unbeatable location, just three minutes from Marina Aiguadolc in Sitges, one of the most beautiful Marinas in the Mediterranean

The apartment is 90m² and is located in Aiguadolc, Sitges and it has all the amenities that you could possibly need. It has 3 fantastic bedrooms (2 double and 1 with bunk beds) and two bathrooms.

The apartment also has a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea in which to enjoy the sunny days. In addition, a large swimming pool has been built within the communal garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, oven and refrigerator / freezer. For your convenience, the apartment has iron, hair dryer, TV, air conditioning, heating, washer and dryer.

With its golden sandy beach awarded the Blue Flag, Sitges beaches are hard to beat!

The charm of this place is its abundant sunshine throughout the year and the warm Mediterranean. It is a place where you can enjoy, rest and enjoy the peaceful rhythm of the waves. It is surround by all the facilities you would require, from food to nightlife. You can enjoy any cuisine from traditional tapas, paella, Italian or gourmet cuisine at one of its many restaurants located three minutes from the apartment, which is surround by the docks of the marina where you will enjoy the beautiful sunset views shining between the masts of the yachts and boats moored there.

You can also enjoy walking safely on the beach with your family or friends; remember that the apartment has access to the beach which will provide all kinds of activities and entertainment options for children and adults. Aiguadolç amenities include ATM, art galleries, supermarkets, club Sweet Pacha, car rental and the Golf Course “Earthsea”, one of the oldest and most traditional of Spain. Once in Sitges you must visit the museum “Cau Ferrat.” The local festivals are on 24th August and 23rd September. In October-November you can find the Fantastic Film Festival of Sitges, which has been gaining in importance over the years.

In general Sitges enjoys a wide range of leisure and lively nightlife.  But if you’re a lover of the sea and enjoy all kinds of water activities, you will also find shops and navigational equipment and sailing schools.
